The Birth Of Inhale Life Collective

Inhale Life Collective was born from a simple nudge—an intuitive spark ignited through breath.

Gabo had been practicing breathwork for years, using it as a tool to navigate the loss of his stepdad and a painful breakup. Then, after attending a ceremony, a friend turned to him and said, "I think you could do this." The words stuck. That same week, he held his first session at home, inviting friends into an experience that felt both natural and profound. The response was immediate—people wanted more.

Soon, with the support of The Flying Sage, Gabo began offering breathwork ceremonies regularly, growing from intimate home sessions to four gatherings a month. As the demand grew, so did the vision. He co-founded FlowInBreath with his first co-facilitator, Kaan, and together, they deepened their approach to breathwork. When Kaan left to pursue his dream job in Australia, the path was open for something new.

Just two weeks later, Gabo met Alejandro, and an immediate bond was formed.

Alejandro had arrived at breathwork from a different but equally powerful journey—one of deep grief, emotional repression, and a longing for connection. After moving to a new country and feeling lost, he was invited to a breathwork session that cracked something open inside him. For the first time in a decade, he allowed himself to fully feel—to cry, to release, to move through the emotions that had been trapped in his body. That moment set his life on a new course. Breathwork became the bridge between his past and his future, transforming not only his inner world but his purpose.

When Alejandro and Gabo met, it became clear that they shared something rare—a vision that extended beyond individual healing. They both believed in creating safe, supportive spaces where people could reconnect with themselves, process emotions, and step into a more empowered way of being. Their styles complemented each other—Alejandro, with his trauma-informed and somatic approach, and Gabo, with his deep embodiment and intuitive facilitation.

Together, they founded Inhale Life Collective—a space where breath, movement, and ceremony come together to guide transformation.

At Inhale Life Collective, our mission is to make healing and nervous system regulation accessible to everyone. We believe in empowering individuals to step into their unique self, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and find balance in every aspect of life.

Our Mission

Meet Gabo,

From my very first breath, life made sure I understood just how precious breathing is. I was born wrapped in my mom’s umbilical cord, struggling for air—a fitting introduction to a journey where breath would become one of my greatest teachers.

As a kid, I instinctively explored the power of breath without even knowing it. I’d spend hours holding my breath underwater in our family pool, fascinated by the stillness it created inside me. That quiet space became a refuge. Years later, after losing my stepdad and going through a painful breakup, breathwork found me again—this time through Wim Hof. What started as a simple practice became a lifeline. It helped me move through grief, regulate my emotions, and reshape the way I saw myself and the world around me.

For almost a decade, breathwork has been a daily part of my life, alongside my love for cold exposure. I’ve guided countless people into icy waters safely, helping them tap into their own strength through breath. As a community leader at The Flying Sage, I’ve had the privilege of holding space for others to explore themselves, push their edges, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Before breathwork became my focus, I worked as a movement coach at Restore Human, an organization dedicated to physical literacy and longevity . Helping people reconnect with their bodies through movement gave me a deep respect for somatic-based approaches, and it’s a perspective that naturally weaves into my breathwork facilitation. I see the body as a bridge—when we learn its language, we access parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten.

Beyond all this, I’m just a guy who loves his friends, touch, humor, and adventure. I geek out over spirituality, psychology, and fantasy books, and I’ll take any excuse to surf, snowboard, or move. My approach to life (and breathwork) is both deep and playful—because growth doesn’t have to be so damn serious all the time.

Inhale Life Collective was born from this journey—the realization that breath is not just a tool but a doorway. A way to process, release, and step into who we are meant to be.

Meet Alejandro,

Breathwork found me at a time when I needed it most. I had recently moved to a new country, starting from scratch, feeling lost, disconnected, and unable to process the weight of my experiences. For years, I had bottled up emotions, convinced that pushing through was the only way forward. Then, in one unexpected moment, I was invited to my first breathwork session.

That session cracked something open inside me. For the first time in a decade, I cried—deep, releasing sobs that carried emotions I hadn’t even realized I was holding. It was as if breath had given me permission to feel again, to move the stagnant energy I had been carrying for so long. From that moment, I knew I had found something profound.

Before breathwork, I had spent years in cognitive therapy, which helped me intellectually understand my emotions but didn’t fully allow me to process them. Breathwork became the missing link, a bridge between my mind and body. Through this practice, I learned to regulate my nervous system, release old wounds, and reconnect with myself in a way I never had before. It wasn’t just healing—it was a homecoming.

When I met Gabo, I immediately felt a deep alignment in our vision and values. We both saw breathwork as more than just a practice—it was a path to personal and collective healing. Together, we founded Inhale Life Collective, with the mission to create safe, accessible spaces where people could breathe freely, release what no longer serves them, and step into their fullest expression.

My background in trauma-informed coaching, somatic practices, and plant medicine integration allows me to support people in navigating their emotions with care and intention. I bring a structured yet intuitive approach to our work, blending nervous system regulation, ancestral wisdom, and holistic healing to create transformative experiences.

Beyond breathwork, I’m someone who’s deeply passionate about conscious living, sustainability, and reconnecting with nature. My journey has taught me that true healing is not just about the self—it’s about how we relate to others, to our communities, and to the Earth.

For me, breath is the ultimate teacher, constantly reminding us that we are alive, present, and capable of transformation.

Our vision for Inhale Life Collective is one of growth and connection. We’re building a digital library, The Breath Collective, offering guided breathwork, somatic sessions, and movement practices for people to explore at their own pace. We also plan to expand our offerings globally, bringing our unique approach to communities in Colombia, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Canada, and beyond.

Looking Ahead

Ultimately, we hope to be part of the larger revolution in consciousness—helping people heal, feel empowered, and connect to the beauty of their unique place in this world.
